| CANCELLATION POLICY 1) Reservations need not be made on regular weekends; however, they are highly recommended to reserve our best sites. 2) Holiday and Special Event weekends (incl. Mother's Day, Father's Day, last 3 weekends in October, Thanksgiving, Rodeos, etc.) must be paid in FULL upon making the reservation to guarantee the site. 3) All other weekends require a one-night deposit to guarantee the site. 4) Rental Units must be paid in full upon making the reservation to guarantee the unit. 5) There are NO REFUNDS; however, we understand how emergencies and changes arise in our lives; therefore, o Cancellations for regular weekends (excluding Holidays and Special Events) must be received no later than 24 hours of the arrival date to receive 100% of the funds on file which will be held on file as Sweetwater Credits and credited towards a future reservation which is valid for 12 months. Any funds remaining may be used towards camping or horseback riding. NO REFUND CREDITS GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER! o Cancellations for Holiday weekends and Special Event weekends must be received no later than 72 hours of the arrival date to receive 100% of the funds on file which will be held on file as Sweetwater Credits and credited towards a future reservation which is valid for 12 months.
