CANCELLATION POLICY 1) Reservations need not be made on regular weekends; however, they are highly recommended to reserve our best sites. 2) Holiday and Special Event weekends (incl. Mother's Day, Father's Day, last 3 weekends in October, Thanksgiving, Rodeos, etc.) must be paid in FULL upon making the reservation to be guaranteed. 3)        All other weekends require a one-night deposit to guarantee the site. 4)  Rental Units must be paid in full upon making the reservation to guarantee the unit. 5)  There are NO REFUNDS; however, we understand how emergencies and changes arise in our lives; therefore, a)  Cancellations for regular weekends (excluding Holidays and Special Events) must be received no later than 24 hours of the arrival date to receive 100% of the funds on file which will be held on file as Sweetwater Credits and credited towards a future reservation which is valid for 12 months.   Any funds remaining may be used towards camping or horseback riding. NO REFUND CREDITS GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER! b) Cancellations for Holiday weekends and Special Event weekends must be received no later than 72 hours of the arrival date to receive 100% of the funds on file which will be held on file as Sweetwater Credits and credited towards a future reservation which is valid for 12 months.   Any funds remaining may be used towards camping or horseback riding.
