CANCELLATION POLICY 1) Reservations need not be made on regular weekends; however, they are highly recommended to reserve our best sites. 2) Holiday and Special Event weekends (incl. Mother's Day, Father's Day, last 3 weekends in October, Thanksgiving, Rodeos, etc.) must be paid in FULL at the time the reservation is made to be guaranteed. 3)        All other weekends require a one-night deposit to guarantee the site. 4)  Rental Units must be paid in full when making the reservation to guarantee the unit. 5)  There are NO REFUNDS; however, we understand how emergencies and changes arise in our lives; therefore, - Cancellations for regular weekends (excluding Holidays and Special Events) must be received no later than 36 hours of the arrival date to receive 100% of the funds on file which will be held on file as Sweetwater Credits and credited towards a future reservation which is valid for 12 months. Any funds remaining may be used towards camping or horseback riding. - Cancellations for Holiday weekends and Special Event weekends must be received no later than 7 DAYS of the arrival date to receive 100% of the funds on file which will be held on file as Sweetwater Credits and credited towards a future reservation which is valid for 12 months. Any funds remaining may be used towards camping or horseback riding. Cancellations received AFTER the above timeframes, will be charged a one (1) night stay. WEATHER POLICY: No refunds or credits given for early departure or cancellation due to inclement weather. The FUN continues rain or shine! SORRY, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. Thank you.
